Full-time We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Automotive Parts Associate to join our team!
We are a family-owned and operated business looking for someone with strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping customers find the automotive parts they need.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers regarding automotive parts.
- Assist customers with identifying and locating the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, availability, and order updates.
- Keep customer orders organized and ensure orders are processed accurately.
- Process customer payments and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
- Build positive customer relationships and help generate sales.
- Work as part of a team to ensure customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous phone sales, in-person sales, customer service, or other relevant experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify automotive parts and match the correct parts to a customer’s vehicle.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable handling customer calls and processing payments.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and expand automotive parts knowledge.
